We offer scanner maintenance directly from the people who know your scanner best, the manufacture. Want maintenance from a local service provider, we offer that options as well. We work with all of our software manufactures to offer you annual maintenance to keep your software on current version levels for one fixed annual cost.
We also offer support beyond what the manufactures offer. Our Blocks of Time allow you to prepay for maintenance in small and affordable four hour groups. This allows you to control your costs while not having to deal with purchase orders or other approvals when you require our assistance.
